Student-led Conferences

(Watch for signups in Raven Review)

As a cornerstone of the Renaissance program, reflection is a crucial part of the learning process. One key aspect of this is the student-led conferences. Guild teachers will be hosting conferences for their students’ families to discuss what students have been working on at school. This will also be an opportunity to reflect on successes and identify areas for improvement, along with creating a plan for growth.

Conferences Sign-ups

Guild teachers will set up sign-ups in ParentSquare for caregivers to select a convenient time. Student-led conferences will take place during the week of Thanksgiving. Please note that there will be one or two other families in the room for their own conferences, and guild teachers will spend time with each family.

Conference Schedule & Early Dismissal

The schedule for the week of Thanksgiving will be adjusted, and we will publish the new schedule two weeks in advance to help families plan accordingly. School will dismiss for Renaissance students on Monday, November 25, and Tuesday, November 26, at 1:00 PM, with conferences running until 4:00 PM on both days. If your family will not be in town on those days, please reach out to your student's guild teacher to arrange an alternative time for the conference, either before or after Thanksgiving.
